Senior Project Development Manager

Responsible for overseeing and supporting project-level quality assurance and control activities across major development projects. This role ensures that QA/QC procedures are applied consistently, quality metrics are tracked, and non-conformance issues are managed effectively. The Senior Manager leads quality reporting, supports audits, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to maintain compliance with corporate standards, international regulations, and industry best practices.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
Experience: Strong experience in quality control, QA/QC coordination, or audit support within construction or infrastructure projects.
Skills: Proficiency in quality systems, compliance standards, and performance monitoring tools.

- Implement and maintain quality management systems, templates, and checklists for projects.
- Monitor quality performance indicators and ensure accurate, timely reporting to leadership.
- Oversee non-conformance reporting, analyse root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead the preparation and submission of project-level quality dashboards and reports.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is audit-ready and compliant.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Share lessons learned and promote a culture of continuous improvement in QA/QC practices.
- Ensure project activities align with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
