Job Description

Lead governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) across the organization. Ensure regulatory compliance, manage enterprise risks, and implement governance frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership. Report to executive leadership on emerging risks, compliance trends, and performance outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Security, or related field
13+ years’ experience in governance, risk, or compliance, including leadership roles
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Align GRC strategy with company goals and manage budgets
Lead and inspire GRC teams, ensuring performance and accountability
Establish governance frameworks, charters, and policies
Oversee enterprise risk management and mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
Monitor and report GRC performance, audits, and incidents
Advise leadership on risks, compliance issues, and mitigation plans
