Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all quality management functions across capital development projects. This role ensures that quality systems, audits, and performance monitoring processes are implemented effectively to maintain compliance with corporate standards, international frameworks, and regulatory requirements. The Director drives a culture of continuous improvement, ensures accountability in quality performance, and engages with senior stakeholders to embed best practices across the organisation.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Extensive senior leadership experience in quality control, audit, or QA/QC management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Skills: Executive leadership, quality governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

- Define and implement corporate-level quality governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Provide executive oversight of quality control activities, audits, and non-conformance management across projects.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of executive dashboards and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Approve corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for systemic issues and drive accountability across teams.
- Oversee compliance with ISO, Six Sigma, and other international quality management frameworks.
- Mentor and guide senior quality leaders, strengthening organisational capabilities in QA/QC.
- Represent the organisation in executive-level discussions with regulators, auditors, and strategic partners.
