Job Description

Responsible for leading the preparation and implementation of project development plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives, strategy, budget, and schedule within the Planning & Oversight department. You will play a pivotal role in stakeholder management, risk identification, procurement oversight, and commercial support while driving delivery of large-scale developments in KSA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
10–12 years of experience in Development / Project Management
Experience in delivering projects in KSA
Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
Client-side experience is essential
Experience across all project stages (concept through execution)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Prepare, gain approval, and implement project development plans (purpose, objectives, strategy, schedule, budget, procurement).
- Ensure assurance and alignment across functions and stakeholders.
- Deliver reports and presentations to senior management and committees.
- Oversee planning, coordination, budgeting, and cashflow.
- Interpret project scope, constraints, and workflows into detailed schedules.
- Establish and challenge project cost estimates and budgets.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure procurement requirements are met and participate in procurement activities.
- Support commercial processes and contract management (FIDIC familiarity).
- Monitor consultant/contractor performance and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, results-oriented team culture.
