Responsible for managing and coordinating the technical and administrative activities required to move projects from concept to execution. This role involves developing project scopes, tracking permitting, preparing documentation, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project requirements and readiness. Working closely with engineering, design, finance, and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of project development activities.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Experience: Strong experience in project development, engineering coordination, or construction pre-planning.
Skills: Knowledge of project development processes, permitting, and readiness tracking.

Responsibilities

- Break down development concepts into project-specific work streams with clear requirements.
- Coordinate inputs from design, engineering, permitting, commercial, and finance teams.
- Draft development documentation including scopes, risk registers, phasing plans, and handover materials.
- Track progress across permitting, design, and commercial readiness, feeding into readiness reports.
- Support preparation of internal approvals and executive submissions.
- Assist in developing milestone plans and project calendars aligned with master schedules.
- Participate in mobilisation planning, kickoff preparation, and interface meetings with delivery teams.
- Monitor early site activities to ensure alignment with intended development scope.
