Senior MEP Design Engineer

Support the multidisciplinary engineering review process by coordinating technical deliverables, supervising consultants, and ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and master plans. This role works across civil, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines to confirm that designs are feasible, sustainable, and aligned with architectural intent. Plays a critical role in reviewing submissions, managing documentation, and providing technical input throughout the design lifecycle.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
Experience: Strong experience in engineering design review or delivery within capital projects.
Skills: Knowledge of technical standards, multidisciplinary design coordination, and project compliance.

- Review development scopes and translate them into engineering requirements across multiple disciplines.
- Oversee site-specific studies (geotechnical, traffic, utilities, etc.) and ensure findings are integrated into design.
- Review technical submissions and confirm compliance with standards, regulations, and master plans.
- Coordinate with external engineering consultants to ensure timely delivery of drawings, models, and reports.
- Engage with internal teams to align designs with constructibility, phasing, and delivery requirements.
- Support multidisciplinary design reviews and identify opportunities for optimisation in materials and solutions.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation for approval processes.
- Maintain records of drawings, reports, and specifications for knowledge transfer.
