Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Strong experience in procurement, vendor management, or commercial analysis.
Skills: Knowledge of procurement processes, compliance standards, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
Create standardized templates and tools for RFQs, RFPs, and contracts to improve efficiency and transparency.
Design and maintain procurement reporting standards and dashboards to track performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement documentation with project and business needs.
Review and recommend process improvements based on audits, regulations, and industry benchmarks.
Facilitate training programs to onboard staff in procurement policies and best practices.
Support compliance monitoring and risk management in procurement activities.
Create standardized templates and tools for RFQs, RFPs, and contracts to improve efficiency and transparency.
Design and maintain procurement reporting standards and dashboards to track performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement documentation with project and business needs.
Review and recommend process improvements based on audits, regulations, and industry benchmarks.
