Experience: Strong experience in tendering, procurement coordination, or project administration.

Responsibilities
- Execute all phases of the tender process, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Draft and review tender documentation including scopes, instructions, and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate workflows across departments to ensure timely delivery of tender inputs.
- Support tender committee meetings by preparing summaries, documenting decisions, and assisting with evaluations.
- Maintain tender records in a compliant, audit-ready state.
- Identify and propose improvements to tendering processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to align tendering activities with business needs.
