Responsible for managing contractual claims and variations throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves preparing claim submissions, conducting entitlement assessments, and supporting negotiations with contractors and stakeholders. The Senior Lead collaborates with project teams and legal advisors to ensure timely resolution of disputes, accurate claim documentation, and proactive risk mitigation, safeguarding the organisation’s commercial interests.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Experience: Strong experience in claims management, contract administration, or dispute resolution for construction or infrastructure projects.

- Draft and prepare claim submissions, including supporting evidence and entitlement analysis.
- Support negotiations on contractual claims, variations, and disputes.
- Collaborate with legal advisors and project managers to assess risks and resolve issues.
- Maintain an up-to-date claims register for compliance and audit purposes.
- Generate reports on claim cases, trends, and recurring issues to support performance review.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen claims management practices.
