Senior Architect – Design Review

Support the architectural design review process by ensuring that project designs comply with regulatory standards, master plans, and organizational objectives. This role collaborates with consultants, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions. The Senior Architect reviews design documentation, coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensures alignment with project requirements at all stages of the design lifecycle.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Experience: Strong experience in architectural design and/or design review within major projects.
Skills: Knowledge of design standards, regulatory frameworks, and project coordination.

- Review design scopes and translate them into clear architectural briefs for consultants.
- Evaluate design submissions for quality, compliance, and alignment with master plans.
- Coordinate with external architects and consultants to ensure timely delivery of design inputs.
- Support design reviews at concept, schematic, and detailed stages.
- Validate that designs meet zoning regulations, planning frameworks, and internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure architectural solutions are practical and feasible.
- Prepare and submit design documentation for approval processes.
- Maintain design references, standards, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with global best practices in architecture, sustainability, and materials.
