Senior Designer – Design Review

Responsible for ensuring that architectural designs meet project objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This position works closely with consultants, internal delivery teams, and stakeholders to transform development scopes into compliant, innovative, and practical architectural solutions. The role oversees the full design lifecycle—from concept through detailed design—ensuring alignment with master plans, sustainability principles, and organisational vision.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Experience: A vast level of experience in architectural design and/or design review.
Skills: Strong knowledge of architectural design standards, regulatory frameworks, and project coordination.

- Develop and communicate clear architectural design briefs based on approved project scopes.
- Manage and review the work of external architects and consultants to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Oversee architectural design activities at all stages (concept, schematic, and detailed design).
- Validate outputs to ensure they align with project objectives, master plans, and regulations.
- Provide expert input during design reviews to ensure feasibility, constructibility, and adherence to organisational goals.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to integrate designs effectively into delivery plans.
- Prepare, review, and submit architectural documentation for approval processes.
- Maintain updated references, standards, and best practices for architectural knowledge sharing.
- Research and implement global best practices in sustainability, material selection, and innovative design.
