Support the design management function by coordinating design deliverables, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between consultants, architects, and internal teams. This role ensures that design work is completed on schedule, meets quality standards, and aligns with approved project scopes. The Senior Architect contributes to design workshops, monitors progress, and provides technical oversight to ensure architectural solutions are consistent and effective.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
Experience: Strong experience in design coordination, architectural support, or engineering within capital projects.
Skills: Knowledge of design processes, document control, and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities
- Support coordination with external consultants to ensure timely delivery of design inputs.
- Track and monitor design schedules, deliverables, and compliance with project standards.
- Participate in workshops and clarification meetings, documenting decisions and follow-ups.
- Review design submissions for accuracy and completeness before escalation to management.
- Analyse approved design concepts and prepare reports highlighting key elements and dependencies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure consistency across stakeholders.
- Update design trackers and escalate risks, misalignments, or delays to senior management.
