Director of Supply Chain Management

Provide strategic leadership and governance across vendor management, sourcing strategy, and market intelligence functions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Extensive senior leadership experience in procurement, vendor governance, or supply chain operations.
Skills: Executive leadership, strategic sourcing, vendor governance, and risk management.

- Define and oversee supply chain management policies, governance standards, and vendor performance frameworks.
- Provide executive oversight for vendor registration, qualification, and compliance monitoring.
- Lead the development of sourcing and category management strategies based on market intelligence.
- Guide commercial evaluations of suppliers to ensure competitiveness, performance, and risk management.
- Maintain governance of the approved vendor list, ensuring suppliers meet organisational and regulatory standards.
- Oversee supplier performance reviews and drive supplier development or replacement strategies.
- Represent the organisation in executive discussions with regulators, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Mentor and develop senior supply chain staff, building organisational capability in strategic sourcing.
